22 DAYS CHALLENGE TO CHANGE BAD HABITS

Start writting a journal, why do I want to change? what do I want to accomplish?

create awareness, identify core issues, what is it that is holding me back, identify patterns, what are the things that are on my way?
  • write down how I feel?
  • what is a habit?
  • which habits do I need to change?
  • what is going to motivate me to change?
  • will I go to that unconfortable area?
